Milox food-grade antioxidants are Kosher certified products, which inhibit oxidation and thereby contribute to the stability and help increase the shelf life of food products. The antioxidants are easy to handle and to incorporate into oils. They are economical to use since they are effective stabilizers at low levels.
All vegetable oils must be extracted, refined and purified by bleaching and deodorizing before being sold as food. During production most oils should be stabilized against rancidity. Milox antioxidants can accomplish this stability in many types of oils and foods.
We offer antioxidants in liquid and in solid form that are lawful under existing food additive regulations by U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in vegetable oils at levels specified in 21 CFR. Customers must determine that their use of Milox antioxidants is lawful in their intended application.
